SAP SE in Palo Alto, California seeks a Senior SAP Technical Consultant to lead delivery as Technical Service Manager within the Global Cloud Organization. You will coordinate technical discussions, orchestrate SAP experts, and drive complex customer engagements end-to-end.

You’ll own strategic customer landscapes, guide cloud roadmaps, security, and integration topics, and partner with SAP teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.
• High proficiency in SAP product portfolio, offerings and industry solutions.
• Strong technical project management skills and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication and moderation abilities.
• Good understanding of SAP cloud solutions and hyperscale clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact for technology and cloud service delivery discussions.
• Run regular cadence with stakeholders and manage expectations on service delivery.
• Own technical discussions and orchestrate experts from SAP delivery organization.
• Understand customer landscape and interdependencies across systems.
• Support Account and TechOps teams to execute the service delivery plan.
• Coordinate with GCO Delivery to drive topics to resolution.
• Present the intricacies of private offerings and engagement models.
• Help build customer cloud roadmaps covering infrastructure, security and integration.
• Guide customers on business continuity, security and networks.
• Assess security and network requirements to meet SAP architecture.
• Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews and drive resolution.
• Support migration roadmap with partners and SAP Professional Services.
• Leverage knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and migrations.
• Understand SAP cloud solutions integration with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors.
