Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Platform Leader for SAP Basis across complex transformation programs, including S/4HANA and BTP/cloud extensions. You will define platform strategy, lead architecture decisions, and govern delivery while managing multi-geography client relations and a large Basis team.

You will engage with CIO-level sponsors, drive standard methodologies, and influence program direction. Travel flexibility is required to support client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP Basis experience in enterprise programs.
• 3+ end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs in senior leader role.
• Deep knowledge of HA/DR, security/compliance, and cloud infra.
• Experience managing multi-geography SAP landscapes and CIO-level client relations.
• Strong executive communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstreams.
• Lead landscape architecture decisions including S/4HANA and cloud options.
• Establish platform engineering standards and governance frameworks.
• Own commercial and delivery relationships for Basis scope and roadmaps.
• Represent platform perspective in governance and executive reviews.
• Travel may be required (0–100% based on business needs).
