Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a Senior Platform Leader to define and own the end-to-end SAP platform strategy across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs — spanning S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield conversion, BTP/cloud extension, and AMS steady state — ensuring architectural coherence from design through hypercare and handover. Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions, including system consolidation, HA/DR topology, RISE vs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP Basis
• Minimum of 5 years across full SAP Basis domain including HANA architecture and cloud infra
• Minimum of 3 years managing multi-geography SAP landscapes (transformation and AMS)
• Minimum of 3 years owning client relationships at CIO/IT Director level including SLA accountability
• Experience leading and developing teams of 20+ Basis professionals across engagements
• Bonus points for SAP certification and familiarity with SAP AI/Platform/Joule

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream programs
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions including RISE, hybrid cloud, and Azure sizing
• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks
• Own commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope and roadmaps
• Represent platform in governance meetings and translate complexity into strategic clarity
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business need)
