Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Basis Senior Manager to lead end-to-end platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs, including S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield, BTP/cloud extension, and AMS steady state. You will drive architectural coherence from design through hypercare and handover, coordinating with client and Accenture leadership.

You will oversee enterprise-scale landscape decisions, set engineering standards, manage commercial scope, and participate in governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP Basis with 3+ enterprise-scale S/4HANA programs
• 5+ years across full SAP Basis domain including HANA, HA/DR, security
• 3+ years managing complex multi-geography SAP landscapes in transformation/AMS
• 3+ years owning CIO/IT Director level relationships incl. SLA accountability
• Experience leading teams of 20+ Basis professionals across engagements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions including S/4HANA, RISE, and cloud options
• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks across programs
• Own commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope
• Represent platform perspective in governance and steering committees
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business needs)
