Job summary

Accenture seeks an SAP Basis Senior Manager to lead transformation programs across SAP platforms, including S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield projects, BTP/cloud extensions, and AMS steady state. You will set engineering standards, govern platform delivery, and manage client relationships at the CIO level across global landscapes.

The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive platform decisions in complex programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in SAP Basis with multiple S/4HANA transformation programs.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture and governance.
Experience owning client relationships at CIO/IT Director level and managing 20+ Basis professionals.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs.
Lead SAP landscape architecture decisions including HA/DR, cloud/hybrid positioning, and security perimeters.
Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks across programs and accounts.
Own commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope on roadmaps and SLAs.
Represent platform perspective in program governance and executive reviews.
