Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Basis Senior Manager to lead transformation programs and set platform strategy across complex SAP environments. The role focuses on end-to-end architecture, governance, and commercial aspects while coordinating with client leadership and Accenture delivery teams.

The position requires extensive experience in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and hybrid cloud deployments, with a track record of multi-geography program leadership and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Basis experience with 3+ S/4HANA transformation programs in a Senior Platform leadership role.
• 5+ years across full SAP Basis domain — HANA architecture, HA/DR, security/compliance, transport governance, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years managing complex, multi-geography SAP landscapes in transformation and AMS contexts, including RISE engagements and hybrid cloud architectures.
• 3+ years owning client relationships at CIO/IT Director level — including SLA accountability and commercial discussions.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 20+ Basis professionals across multiple engagements.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills to align client leadership with delivery leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions, including system consolidation and HA/DR topology.
• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks across programs and accounts.
• Own the commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope and roadmaps.
• Represent platform perspective in governance forums and translate complexity into strategic clarity.
