Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Basis Senior Manager to lead transformation programs across S/4HANA, BTP, and AMS steady-state initiatives. You will drive platform strategy, architecture decisions, and governance, coordinating large teams and senior client stakeholders.

You will own delivery excellence, risk management, and SLA discussions with CIO/IT Director-level sponsors while guiding teams across multiple geographies. Travel to client sites may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP Basis with 3+ large S/4HANA programs.
• Expertise across HA/DR, security, transport governance, and cloud infra.
• Proven leadership of 20+ Basis professionals.
• Experience with CIO-level client relationships and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstreams.
• Lead landscape architecture decisions and cloud/hybrid positioning.
• Set engineering standards and governance for Basis delivery.
• Own commercial and delivery relationships for platform scope.
• Represent platform in governance and executive reviews.
• Travel as required (0–100%).
