Zusammenfassung

CGS Federal seeks a Cloud and Storage Engineer to develop SAN architecture for a large EMC-based SAN across a multi-enterprise, geographically dispersed setup. You will define strategies for performance, replication, backup, and security, and produce standards and processes for storage deployment.

You will architect and maintain private cloud environments with Gov Cloud and hybrid cloud considerations, ensuring 24/7/365 uptime while supporting government clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or eight years of related experience.
• Significant direct experience with Dell EMC storage products (OneFS, Unity, Isilon, RecoverPoint).
• Experience designing enterprise SAN and backup environments and implementing DR strategies.
• Ability to develop standards, processes, and technical documentation for storage.

• Develops and implements full-scale SAN architecture for EMC-based storage in a multi-enterprise environment.
• Defines strategic direction for the SAN and backup environment and coordinates deployments.
• Designs enterprise storage solutions and deploys them in production environments.
• Provides capacity planning and utilization reporting for storage assets.
• Produces standards for storage configuration, optimization, replication, security, and DR.
• Troubleshoots complex SAN issues with internal and external customers.
