Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Sampling & Fulfillment Manager to lead the on-site team, oversee Dallas and Mexico-based sampling processes, and ensure timely completion of projects and KPIs. The role requires strong leadership, inventory discipline, and experience with ERP systems.

The position is on-site five days a week at the warehouse and corporate headquarters, with responsibilities including coordination of samples distribution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a department leadership role (ideally Pick and Pack operations).
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Dallas-based Sample and Fulfillment Team to meet schedule and KPIs.
• Oversee Mexico-based sampling production links and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage replenishment and storage of samples.
• Use Navision to support inventory control and cost management.
• Track, report, and improve departmental performance metrics.
