Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to lead a nationwide team across two sites (Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ), supervising Supervisors and Fulfillment Processors to ensure print and distribution operations meet contractual SLAs and quality standards.

You will oversee workload distribution, SOP adherence, incident reporting, and performance metrics while collaborating with internal HR, payroll, and finance teams. This role requires strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a fulfillment/distribution center.
• Highly experienced with all Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supervisors and Fulfillment Processors across two sites.
• Oversee print and distribution activities to meet SLAs.
• Allocate work distribution and ensure SOP adherence.
• Monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction, and report incidents.
• Perform root cause analyses and drive improvements within SLA.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of information.
• Oversee HR and performance appraisals for employees.
• Support special projects and disaster recovery planning.
