Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, located in Dallas, TX, seeks a Sampling & Fulfillment Manager to lead the Dallas-based team and coordinate with our Mexico facility to ensure timely sampling production and accurate fulfillment. You'll drive KPI performance and manage inventory while maintaining quality across the sample lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in a departmental leadership position, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a departmental leadership role (preferably Pick and Pack).
• Knowledge of Demand Planning or Inventory Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dallas-based Sample and Fulfillment Team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate sampling production processes with Mexico facility and ensure on-time project completion.
• Monitor fulfillment cycle times and meet KPIs and service expectations.
• Maintain quality and inventory levels; oversee receiving, organizing and storage of samples.
