CRH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large Salesforce implementations and organizational change across global manufacturing teams. You will coordinate with senior leaders, vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with standards and controls while driving value and readiness for deployment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and PMP/Salesforce expertise, with 5+ years managing complex projects and travel up to 15%.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing large software projects, preferably Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors or consultants
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems to drive organizational change
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and global programs
• Experience with project governance, KPIs and risk management
• Familiarity with MS Office and PM tools like MS Project/Jira/SmartSheet

Responsabilidades

• Lead Salesforce software implementations from initiation to closure
• Develop project scope, timelines, procurement, resourcing and execution
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, scope and budget expectations
• Drive change management across business units and stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance and KPIs with cross-functional teams
• Create project scorecards and manage risks, issues, decisions, actions, changes
• Maintain project plans, dependencies and milestones in PM tool
• Document artifacts for audits and standardization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices
• Coordinate across IT and business groups to ensure resource alignment
