Salesforce Professional Services is hiring Technical Architects to join the Missionforce team. As a Technical Architect, you will be serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex customers in the Defense & National Security space.

The Technical Architect role covers presales and implementation, leading architecture, mentoring teams, and ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to teach complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve complex issues with the customer and partners.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to architect Salesforce-based solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and strategies for enabling technologies on the Salesforce Platform.
