Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, Tableau.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions across public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead executive architecture workshops and strategic solution design engagements.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable enterprise architectures and roadmaps.
• Develop reusable architecture frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Collaborate across Solution Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to ensure architected outcomes.
