FormativGroup is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to partner with Account Executives, Industry SMEs, Alliance teams, and Delivery leaders to shape Salesforce transformation opportunities. This is a remote role with potential periodic client travel, preferably from the Northeast United States.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in solution engineering and enterprise consulting, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to balance business outcomes, user experience, and delivery

Competenze

• 7+ years in Solution Engineering or comparable customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce transformations.
• Salesforce certifications required or preferred; AI and Data Cloud certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
• Lead discovery sessions to map current-state processes and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Industry SMEs to translate objectives into Salesforce solution approaches.
• Analyze processes and recommend practical, trade-off-aware solutions.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and integration patterns.
• Develop demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and executive-ready presentations.
• Lead technical portions of proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are practical and align with delivery best practices.
• Contribute to reusable demos, reference architectures, and presales collateral.
