Qualifications
- 7+ years in Solution Engineering or enterprise consulting with Salesforce expertise.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Industry SMEs, and Executive Leadership.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment with a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and client needs.
- Collaborate with Industry SMEs to translate objectives into solution approaches.
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Analyze business processes, recommend alternatives, and articulate tradeoffs.
- Develop demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Lead technical portions of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work.
- Work with Delivery leaders to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.
- Contribute to reusable demonstrations, reference architectures, and presales collateral.
