Job summary

HighCloud Solutions is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer to support modernization efforts across the NC FAST/Green application portfolio. This role requires designing and delivering end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for public-sector programs.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Salesforce experience, especially in development with Apex and Lightning Web Components. Strong leadership and collaborative skills are essential to lead teams and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
• 5+ years of strong hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• 3+ years of experience supporting public-sector programs or similar complex environments.
• 3+ years leading technical discovery and design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and mentor junior developers.
• Lead integration designs and configuration strategies.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to define requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Review release notes to assess impacts on systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for planning and executing updates.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions.
