Job summary

Imagineeer is seeking a Solutions Architect/Salesforce SME to lead design and optimization of Salesforce solutions across government clouds. You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to align with federal standards and modernization goals.

You will translate mission requirements into scalable architectures, implement key Salesforce features, and guide end-to-end delivery while ensuring cybersecurity, accessibility, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, preferably in the federal sector.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Government Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
• Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions across Cloud modules to meet mission needs.
• Translate business and mission requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures respecting federal IT standards.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement Salesforce features and integrations to extend platform capabilities.
• Create solution diagrams, configuration specs, and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce initiatives.
• Guide full lifecycle Salesforce delivery from requirements to sustainment.
• Provide hands-on support for data migration and system integration efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity, accessibility (Section 508), and records management in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with security, operations, and development teams in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
