Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to lead mission-critical Salesforce implementations for government clients, including the VA. You will modernize enterprise systems that support call centers, case management, and business processes across departments.

You will work in an Agile and DevSecOps environment, building secure, scalable solutions with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI capabilities like Agentforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development on enterprise-scale projects.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modeling, and security practices.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integrations with MuleSoft, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and platform-only implementations.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud concepts and AI governance within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development with architects, product owners, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement Apex, LWC, Platform Events, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Oversee CI/CD and release management using Git, Copado, GitHub Actions, and Jira.
• Conduct code reviews, tests, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, security gaps, and scalability constraints.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Salesforce development.
• Communicate tradeoffs and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
