Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, or equivalent client-facing role in financial services.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex Salesforce transformation initiatives in Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, or Banking.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
• Lead discovery sessions to map current processes and desired outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into practical Salesforce solution approaches across Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, and Banking.
• Design scalable solution options leveraging Salesforce modules and integration patterns.
• Develop demonstrations, prototypes, and executive-ready presentations for client scenarios.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure implementable, value-driven designs.
