Job summary

Salesforce’s Professional Services group seeks a Senior Technical Architect to drive enterprise architecture and project delivery on Salesforce Platform initiatives. You’ll guide customers and teams to deploy technology that minimizes debt, while aligning with long-term strategy and best practices.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders to architect scalable solutions and ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• Strong design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Work collaboratively with strong communication skills and teach complex concepts.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to complete resolution.
• Review and correct project direction to keep programs on track and scalable solutions.
