Exavalu is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our growing Salesforce practice across the US and Canada. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with sales and account teams to define transformation strategies, lead discovery workshops, architect enterprise solutions, and support strategic pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise Salesforce opportunities from qualification through proposal and presentation stages.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
• Experience working with clients in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong solution architecture and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account teams to drive Salesforce solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
• Lead client discovery sessions and define transformation roadmaps.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support RFPs, proposals, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Develop effort estimates, SOWs, and business cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle and solution delivery.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise solution architecture.
