Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Solution Architect/Senior Solution Architect to lead across presales and delivery for federal engagements. You will shape engagements, drive architectural strategy, and ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes using Salesforce and related technologies.

You will guide discovery, define requirements, write user stories, and craft detailed designs while collaborating with diverse client teams. Candidates must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).
• Drive a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform.
• U.S. citizenship is contractually required.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance.
• Candidates with an ACTIVE 'SECRET' or higher-level clearance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shapeshift, scope, and align engagements for federal customers as a trusted advisor.
• Drive architectural strategy from solutioning to execution for mission-critical programs.
• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and scalable.
• Lead with Salesforce platform strategies and translate current-state to target-state designs.
• Document business processes and wireframe system designs; support discovery and requirements gathering.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse client stakeholders.
