Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Solution Architect to drive presales and delivery across federal engagements. You will shape, scope, and align complex programs with measurable outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor.

The role emphasizes Salesforce architecture, risk management, and strong executive communications. You will lead discovery, write user stories, and produce detailed designs while ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may substitute.
Drive a program vision to enable Salesforce platform technologies.
U.S. citizenship is required; security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Shaping, scoping, and aligning complex engagements for federal customers as trusted advisor.
Drive architectural strategy from solutioning through execution.
Review and correct project direction to keep programs on track and maintainable.
Lead Salesforce configuration and target-state designs to enable mission outcomes.
Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed designs.
Document business processes and wireframe system designs; recommend future state improvements.
Communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders; develop audience-appropriate materials.
Identify and manage risk areas; ensure issue resolution.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
