Guidehouse seeks a Solution/Technical Architect to act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for major Public Sector customers. The role encompasses presales and implementation, shaping engagements and providing technical oversight to ensure success.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural excellence, manage risks, and collaborate with delivery managers and clients to architect scalable and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Seven years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities and the ability to defend a point of view to diverse audiences.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor material for different audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• U.S. citizen and willing to undergo a U.S. federal background investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for top Public Sector customers.
• Lead presales and implementation engagements, shaping scope and solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and execution leadership on large, mission-critical engagements.
• Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients to uphold architectural excellence.
• Identify and manage risk areas; negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and clients to architect scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
