CVS Health is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce expertise to architect and scale our CRM-driven platforms. You will lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers, driving API integrations, microservices, and AI-enabled outreach while partnering with Product, Security, Marketing, and Sales Ops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience across cloud-first environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers to build scalable, integrated solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and data workflows.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, security, and governance across platforms.
• Partner with Product, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops and Leadership to translate strategy into deliverables.
