Job summary

Corporation Service Company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator and Sales Technology Platform Manager in Wilmington, DE. This hands-on role combines advanced Salesforce administration with Agentforce product ownership and Agile delivery, partnering across Sales Enablement and Marketing to optimize the sales tech stack.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex business environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, reporting, automation, and governance.
• Experience supporting Sales Operations, revenue operations, or equivalent function.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and leading change-management activities for technology initiatives.
• Hands-on Agentforce experience and ability to own CSC product strategy.
• Salesforce certifications (Agentforce Specialist, Admin, App Builder) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis: configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, Flow, and automations.
• Manage Salesforce-installed or managed packages and integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions; translate business needs into process designs and user stories.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to long-term business needs.
• Agile Delivery and Change Management: backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, release coordination, and adoption monitoring.
• Agentforce Product Ownership: maintain roadmap, evaluate capabilities, and prioritize use cases.
• Sales Technology and Vendor Management: oversee governance, integrations, and vendor relations.
• Stakeholder Support: respond to questions and present updates to senior leadership.
