Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer Consultant to join a growing Salesforce technology team in the United States. This consulting role can be onsite two days per week in Lake Forest, with remote options considered.

You will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SalesforceDX, integrations, and AI-driven technologies to build scalable business solutions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software development, strong Salesforce expertise, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC.
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of platform architecture and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Build scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and dev teams to deliver solutions.
• Implement development standards and best practices for the platform.
• Maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using SalesforceDX.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
