Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Architect to lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and more from our Plano, TX office.

You will define scalable architectures, integration patterns, data models, and governance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver secure, high‑performing implementations. This role requires 8+ years of Salesforce delivery, CoE experience preferred, and strong leadership to mentor teams and drive platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years delivering Salesforce solutions in architecture/lead roles.
• Experience in a Salesforce CoE or Factory model is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Strong data modeling, security design, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD and multi‑org Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Salesforce development/configuration/deployment standards across orgs.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Define reference architectures, data models, and security designs aligned with standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure governance across initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership with system integrators and vendors.
• Oversee REST/SOAP integrations and middleware like MuleSoft; CI/CD governance.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and roadmap; support ARB/CoE initiatives.
