Job summary
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to optimize CRM, sales compensation, and commercial analytics. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and scalable processes that improve incentive programs and reporting.
The role requires Salesforce expertise, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools. A strong analytical mindset and clear communication are essential for impactful, cross-functional work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in Sales/Commercial Operations.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with reports/dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as CRM expert; support processes, reporting, dashboards, data quality.
- Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for KPIs and pipeline.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
- Admin and manage sales incentive compensation programs and analyses.
- Create executive-ready dashboards for data-driven decisions.
