SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support Salesforce, sales reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day sales operations across our growing sales organization.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will partner with Sales leadership and field teams to maintain CRM data, analyze performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that boost efficiency and win rates. A strong business operations mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analysis, CRM Administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to analyze data and communicate meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales visibility and decision-making.
• Support Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and identify opportunities to improve CRM adoption and usability.
• Support Salesforce training and onboarding for new sales team members.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports on pipeline, sales activity, conversion, and performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignments, and quota analysis.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales leadership.
• Provide day-to-day support to sales leaders and field sales teams on Salesforce and sales processes.
• Help maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and service information to support effective handoffs between Sales and Operations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to resolve data and process issues.
• Assist with RFPs, sales presentations, process improvements, and other sales initiatives.
• Support the Director of Sales Operations with special projects and the integration of new markets and acquired businesses.
