Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in McLean, VA is seeking a seasoned QA Tester with Salesforce Service Cloud expertise to lead testing across member servicing journeys. The role focuses on API, data validation, and end-to-end test execution within a banking context.

You will validate Salesforce configurations (LWC, Flow, validation rules, approval processes) and integrate with MuleSoft APIs and core banking platforms. Strong automation and risk-analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software QA experience, including 3+ years testing Salesforce and substantial banking or credit union application experience.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning, scenario design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and release readiness for Salesforce member servicing applications.
• Validate representative workflows including member search, identity verification, Member 360 views, account inquiries, profile maintenance, service requests, escalations, and interaction history.
• Test banking journeys involving deposits, loans, cards, payments, and transfers, including exceptions and downstream updates.
