Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking an Experienced QA Engineer focused on Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems. You will apply strong manual testing expertise with hands-on Java test automation, designing and executing functional, integration, API, and end-to-end tests to ensure high product quality.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements and support successful releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing / QA with hands-on Java automation.
• Strong manual test design, risk-based testing and release QA.
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans, designs and reports.
• Defect management and trend analysis.
• API testing, web services, integration validation, automated API checks and evidence collection.
• Java programming for test automation.
• SQL/SOQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with quality gates, metrics and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end and integration tests across multiple system components.
• Analyze defects, trends and quality metrics to identify issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases and scenarios for business logic and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders on testing approaches.
• Perform testing for Salesforce and enterprise integrations, with automation where applicable.
• Contribute to automated test coverage and review results.
• Maintain regression coverage and investigate test failures.
• Report test results, defects and quality risks to the team.
• Communicate defects and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Follow quality gates and processes for testing activities.
• Track progress and contribute to quality reporting and improvement.
• Drive test coverage and efficiency improvements.
• Share QA knowledge with the team.
