i4DM is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on manual and automated testing experience to join our fast-growing team. You will work in an Agile environment to deliver critical software for a large federal program, focusing on Salesforce applications and test automation.

The role requires at least two years of testing experience, proficiency with Selenium or similar frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on with Selenium or similar automation tools.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and configs.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to convert requirements into test cases.
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce apps.
• Identify and track defects using Jira and provide clear repro steps.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Provar.
• Perform regression testing and verify fixes across environments.
• Participate in deployment activities and smoke testing.
• Ensure testing documentation reflects new requirements and changes.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.
