Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join the Business Support Services team. You will manage testing requirements, plans, and execution for Salesforce, with emphasis on Sales, CPQ, ARM, and related Quote-to-Cash processes, while expanding automation adoption across the QA team.

You will mentor team members, maintain automation assets, and support integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields or equivalent professional experience.
• Six or more years of QA testing and automation experience.
• Experience testing APIs and troubleshooting system integration workflows.
• Solid knowledge of automated testing practices and maintaining automation assets.
• Experience with end-to-end processes and root cause analysis.
• Able to document detailed workflows for testing and troubleshooting.
• US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and mentor QA team members for automated testing.
• Support and evolve QA automation standards and procedures.
• Serve as main contact for automation platform issues and resolutions.
• Draft comprehensive manual and automated test cases including API, integration, and web UI tests.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and support resolution.
• Analyze data to identify areas for quality improvements.
• Prepare reports on QA activity results and automation progress.
• Conduct integration, system, smoke, automated, interface, and regression testing.
• Provide QA signoff for production releases and support automated regression testing.
