Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce and Patient Support Programs within the Commercial POD. You will partner with Intake Center and Contact Center teams, owning BAU operations and delivering system enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a Business Analyst, strong Salesforce expertise, PSP experience, and proven Agile/Scrum delivery. This is an onsite-first role with remote Fridays, offering long-term contract engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP) in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Intake Center and Contact Center applications.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Support and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including configuration-related activities.
• Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of enhancements and operational support requests.
• Manage and prioritize BAU activities while ensuring business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and production issue resolution.
