Algoworks is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager / Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a large-scale Salesforce program for a global client. The role demands strong leadership, governance, and the ability to coordinate across onsite, offshore, and distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem and 10+ years in IT, with a proven track record delivering enterprise Salesforce programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience exclusively within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery maturity.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Salesforce program and serve as the single point of accountability for delivery.
• Lead multiple Salesforce projects, workstreams, and releases under the program.
• Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, governance, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per SLAs.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader and manage executive governance meetings.
• Drive agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration across onsite/offshore teams.
