Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Engagement Delivery Lead to drive enterprise Salesforce professional services engagements in the United States. You will lead complex programs, shape governance, and partner with executive sponsors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, 7+ years with Salesforce engagements, and a track record in large-scale transformations, including public sector or federal work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients.
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years in Public Sector professional services preferred.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a plan.
• Experience leading project teams up to 75+ people with budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and deliver on time within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team with strong communication, motivation, and direction.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage governance.
• Build and review project plans; monitor progress; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise resources and timesheets; manage cross-functional teams.
• Lead multiple projects at program level; manage risks and issues.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and create deliverables and Salesforce documentation.
• Act as extension to account team to extend Salesforce footprint.
• Plan end-to-end implementation including risk management and change.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business end users.
