Qualifications
- 8+ years leading enterprise technology delivery initiatives.
- Hands-on Salesforce Developer experience with FSC knowledge.
- Active Salesforce Certification(s).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce FSC initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and development managers to align objectives.
- Drive program planning, roadmap development, release management, and governance processes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide delivery status updates.
- Ensure successful execution of delivery milestones and business outcomes.
- Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Coach teams on delivery best practices and effective execution strategies.
