Job summary

Capgemini in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare in a hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston.

You will sponsor cross-functional teams across business and IT, manage scope, budget, risks, and governance, and coordinate ERP, supply chain, and data platform integrations while engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT and project/program management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, release management, and data migration.
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing distributed delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce and/or PMP certifications.
• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud and enterprise integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and overall delivery governance.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee Salesforce releases, data migration, metadata deployment, and environment management.
• Manage cross-functional teams across functional, technical, QA, and integration workstreams.
• Coordinate dependencies across ERP, supply chain, order management, and data platforms.
• Lead UAT, deployment planning, executive reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes.
• Engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
