Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Gov Cloud Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs in highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, or defense. Ideal base locations are Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA, with consideration for other locations.

You will act as the primary client-facing leader for governance, stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs in highly regulated environments (government, aerospace, defense, FedRAMP).
• Experience with GovCloud environments and security-controlled data handling.
• Strong governance, risk and financial oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing leader for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, and delivery success.
• Manage hybrid delivery models with onshore and offshore teams while ensuring security/compliance and data governance.
• Partner with client leadership, Salesforce, and delivery teams to align strategy, staffing and business outcomes while ensuring quality and value realization.
