Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Product Manager to drive the vision for government-facing digital services. You will work with government partners and Nava's engineering, design, and business teams to set direction, define features, and measure impact on public contracts.

You care about end users, thrive in ambiguity, and communicate clearly to build consensus across teams and external partners. This role supports multiple projects with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Product Manager/Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Experience configuring declarative tools like Flow, rules, permission sets, reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to build consensus across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias towards action in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to reverse engineer product objectives.
• Ability to identify market trends and adjust plans.

• Define direction, scope, and priorities from initiatives to features.
