Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Product Manager to drive vision for government-facing digital services. You will work with government partners and cross-functional teams to define features, measure outcomes, and deliver user-centered solutions that scale across contracts.

You care deeply about end users, communicate clearly, and excel at navigating ambiguous situations to drive value. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports and dashboards.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong ability to generate product plans and gain buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong bias towards action in ambiguous situations.
• Able to execute with incomplete information.
• Ability to define a product objective and reverse engineer the path to achieve it.
• Identify market trends and shifts that affect product direction.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage.
• Work with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to discover and synthesize market needs, business requirements, and technical approaches.
• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high-level initiatives to specific features, user stories, and metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Proactively socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with the team and partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound units of work with project management.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Understand and communicate needs of end users and population segments we serve and government partners we work with.
• Measure product progress toward business goals or user needs and translate data insights into action.
• Make tactical decisions to improve the design, define requirements, and generate stakeholder buy-in.
