Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for government-facing digital services. You will partner with government agencies and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to deliver simple, usable solutions that improve lives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical, UX, and PM trade-offs.
