Job summary

Nava is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our government-facing products. You will work with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to craft simple, usable experiences that serve millions of Americans.

You will set direction, prioritize features, and measure outcomes, while navigating ambiguous challenges to deliver value for public services. This is a remote-friendly role with federal contract exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong product planning, stake-holder buy-in, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success measures for products and services you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and tech leads to discover market needs and business requirements.
• Set direction, scope, and priority from high-level initiatives to features and metrics.
• Develop and ship projects with cross-functional teams.
• Socialize, iterate, and build buy-in for product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management and inbound work.
• Represent user-centric approaches in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Understand end users, population segments, and government partners to translate insights into action.
• Measure progress toward goals and translate data into actionable decisions.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design, define requirements, and secure stakeholder alignment.
