Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Product Manager to shape government-focused software, working with government partners and Nava’s teams to define direction, scope features, and success metrics.

Candidates should have 3+ years as a Product Manager or Owner on Salesforce-based products, excellent communication, and a track record of shipping consumer web apps. A Bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required.

• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects with business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management to align workloads.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies.
• Measure product progress and translate data insights into action.
