Job summary

WillwareTechnologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce & Agentforce Developer to lead advanced Salesforce platform development. You will work on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce integration, configuring AI agents, workflows, and external system connectivity.

Strong Lightning Web Components, Apex, and SOQL expertise are essential. The role emphasizes designing scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing AI-enabled automation, and ensuring robust DevOps

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Experience implementing Agentforce solutions and AI integrations.
Proficiency with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset/Copado).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Build and customize LWC and Aura components.
Implement Agentforce AI-enabled workflows and integrations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Gearset or Copado.
