Cabin is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Platform Team and drive high-quality Apex code, LWC development, and scalable platform solutions. You will collaborate with architects and product strategists, balancing technical execution with business needs.

Responsibilities include API integrations, design reviews, and championing modern engineering standards, with opportunities to mentor engineers and influence enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous processing.
• Proven integration with REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD release tools.
• Consulting or client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Custom Platform Development: Deliver high-quality Apex code, LWC, and platform event architecture.
• Declarative & Programmatic Optimization: Build solutions using Flow with custom engineering for maintainability.
• API & Integration Execution: Secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Technical Discussion & Design Contribution: Participate in design reviews and grooming sessions with architects.
• Code Review & Quality Standards: Conduct reviews, enforce standards, write unit tests and ensure security models.
• DevOps & Release Management: Use Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools to support deployments.
• Mentorship & Peer Enablement: Mentor Associate and Mid-Level Engineers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product strategists, designers, and stakeholders.
