Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end design for major initiatives across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. You will define standards, guide integration strategies, and drive architectural decisions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years on Salesforce in enterprise settings, deep LWC/Apex expertise, and a proven record delivering multi-cloud implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in LWC and/or Aura.
• APEX (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, asynchronous patterns).
• Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Integration frameworks: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC; Gearset, Git workflows, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own end-to-end design for Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, FSL, and integrations.
• Advanced Development & Platform Engineering: Build Salesforce components using LWC, Aura, APEX, and platform events; lead Agentforce development.
• Integration & Data Engineering: Architect integrations via REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC; ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Delivery Ownership & Governance: Lead cross-functional delivery, maintain release pipelines, enforce security and performance standards.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Coach junior/mid developers and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
