Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Salesforce Platform) in Plano, TX to lead transformation of core business systems into agile, cloud-native platforms. You will drive design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.

Lead with Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures while collaborating with product and architecture teams. Strong CI/CD discipline and mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent foundation in software engineering or related field.
• 6+ years delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex development skills (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing).
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components for modern UI development.
• Deep knowledge of OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and connecting backend APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data modeling for integration.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for deployments, release management, and CI/CD in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions to improve agent productivity and customer experiences.
• Develop custom business logic and UI components using Apex and LWC.
• Implement OmniScripts and Integration Procedures to streamline processes and data flow.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and architecture to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Own system reliability via root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
